For Ash, CrossFit is about giving you the best hour of your day. He sees it as a way to inspire positivity, love, joy and laughter with those who share in its community - our members!
Ash has loved fitness since he was young (and still had hair) where he initially began with press-ups in his bedroom at 12 years old. He later found CrossFit at the age of 17 through a YouTube video, went on to earn his CF-L1 in 2014 with Andy as one of the course trainers and, 9 years later, began coaching at Dragon… “and it was worth the wait!"
Ash believes that training with us will make you forever strong in the gym, so that you will be forever strong out of it.
