CrossFit
The CrossFit methodology is our core fitness program.
The workouts are varied on a weekly basis to provide a broad and general fitness, with focus on functional movements (what our bodies are designed to do) so that our efforts in the gym amplify our lives outside of it. Our program is coach led so that you get the best out of your efforts in an safe and effective environment and group based to maximise the energy of the community. After 15 years as a CrossFit affiliate we know that consistency to the core program gives unbelievable results in health and fitness.

WEIGHTLIFTING
The focus will be on the following Olympic-style lifts: Snatch, Clean, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk. Olympic Weightlifting not only develop not only strength and power, but coordination and mobility through developing skills with the barbell.

KIDS & TEENS
Kids: The focus of CrossFit Kids is to teach your child the foundations of basic weightlifting and gymnastics while keeping loads and skills at a level appropriate for their age. Our goal is for your child to establish good movement patterns that they may build on in later years. By keeping sessions fun and upbeat, we hope to provide your child with a lifelong love of fitness and an understanding of how to take care of their bodies in the long term.
Pre-teens & Teens: The focus of CrossFit Teens is to build strength through age appropriate weightlifting movements, improve stamina / endurance through interval training, and to enhance speed and agility through targeted drills. Participants in our program gain a distinct advantage over their peers both physically and mentally. Our ultimate goal is to help your teen improve their confidence and performance on the athletic field.

NUTRITION/INBODY
Our nutrition program is designed to keep you on track. We support you by designing and determining good nutrition principles and habits based on Goals and Activity levels. Monthly programs are available, and we suggest committing to 3 months to make long-term habitual changes.
The InBody analyser is a state-of-the-art technology that allows you to look beyond the number on the scale and shows you what your body is really made of. In under a minute, the InBody analyser provides a simple way to regularly monitor:
- The amount of body fat you have and where it is located
- The amount of muscle you have and how it is distributed
- Your body water balance
- An estimate of your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) - the number of calories your body burns off at rest

Kettlebells
In our hardstyle kettlebell class you will learn how to optimise your body, how to pair your breath to every rep, create tension and stability in any position, making you as strong as possible.

Yoga
Our Yoga class is coached by Sally Collins, who’s recently retired from 25+ years experience in Physiotherapy.
‘Phyisyoga’ is programmed for recovery and maintenance, we believe it is an essential part for our bodies and leads to improved long term performance through injury prevention.

Sportif
Train to compete in the sport of fitness. This pathway is programmed with a deeper development around the key metrics for competitive sport. Development of skills of weightlifting and gymnastics, requires a little more time and volume beyond that of our general fitness program.

Golds
The Golds class is tailored to meet the unique needs of older adults. Our goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. The program focuses on functional movements that are essential for daily activities, helping our members maintain their independence and vitality as they age.

Run Club
As a group we train speed and endurance with interval techniques such as pyramids and fartlek, which help to improve your running strength and technique.
Exercises are planned to suit different capabilities, so you can walk, jog or run your way to your fitness goal.

Steam
Ladies only strength and conditioning class. The class is designed to drive confidence through movement and connection through community. Inclusive, fun and empowering environment.
